This site provides a secure payment portal for making online payments with no additional charge by CCHA Inc. To pay without any additional convenience fee: mail your payment directly to CCHA, Inc. PO Box 1209 Louisville KY 40201 or contact CCHA to set up a check by phone payment (from your checking account), at (800) 830-5432 Monday thru Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm EST.

By proceeding with a credit card payment you will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee from a third party (ezPay365) providing the credit card processing services.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION

By submitting payment information through this Service, by checking the "I Agree" box, by clicking the "Make a Payment" button and/or by clicking on the "Process Payment" button you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further agree that this User Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and CCHA, Inc. and that this Agreement constitutes "a writing signed by You" under any applicable law or regulation. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by CCHA, Inc., you are accepting these terms for using this service. When you provide an email address or other form of contact information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you about this debt and any other debts we believe you are responsible for by using this contact method(s) now or in the future. You also agree that we may record any call with you, use an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded messages when contacting you.

If you do not indicate a specific creditor or creditor account balance to be paid first under the "Special Instructions" field on the secure payment form, our office will use our discretion in applying your payment to any accounts you owe in our system. If you have multiple accounts with us, you acknowledge that CCHA may apply your payment to your accounts in its sole discretion.  The state statute of limitations on the account(s) to which payment is applied may have expired or may expire in the future and, by applying payment to that account(s), the state statute of limitations could be affected depending on the law in the state in which you reside. We also may pay accounts where legal action has been initiated by the creditor's attorney (if any) after all non-legal accounts are paid first.
